Orders are packaged and shipped with great care.

I am able to ship locally, nationally and internationally.  Please contact me for a quote to ship original artworks.

Postage costs include;

Express Post delivery,
Tracking and insurance,
Signature on delivery.

Please note that it is important that you are able to sign for receipt of your order.

All Fine Art Reproductions are shipped rolled in acid free cellophane and are placed in a protective tube for shipping via Australia Post. The print will arrive ready to be mounted and framed in a frame of your choice.

International orders will also be shipped rolled in a tube via Australia Post International Mail.

All original artworks are signed by myself, Cheryl Hart and are painted on stretched canvas and are ready to hang. Painting can be shipped worldwide, please contact us for a quote on National and International Shipping.

Shipping processing time

I strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from Australia and great care is taken to ensure that all orders are securely packed.

For larger artworks the time required to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items or contact me for an estimated delivery time.

Customs and import fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply for inbound artwork shipments. Please note that I am unable to accept responsibility for any delays in customs clearing.

Returns and Exchanges

I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES on damaged art reproductions/products.

No refunds are available on the purchase of Original Artworks and Fine Art Reproductions unless artwork is damaged. So please choose carefully as we cannot exchange for change of mind.

Please contact us within: 7 days of delivery and please ensure that your RETURN ITEMS are shipped back to us within: 21 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
