Returns and Exchanges
Refunds are not available on the purchase of Original Artworks and Fine Art Reproductions unless artwork is damaged. So please choose carefully as I’m unable to exchange for change of mind.
Damaged Products
All items are thoroughly checked for damage prior to shipping.
In the unlikely event that the product(s) is damaged or is damaged in transit, I will gladly ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES on damaged art reproductions/products. I will replace the product(s) or provide a full refund including any shipping costs upon return of the damaged product(s).
If you receive a damaged reproduction, please contact me within: 7 days of delivery and please ensure that your RETURN ITEMS are shipped back to me within: 21 days of delivery.
To ensure I can honour this policy is it important that the item is returned in its original condition as received by the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for contacting us within 7 days of delivery and are responsible for return shipping costs which will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the returned products.
PLEASE NOTE – THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
– Custom orders

Shipping

Orders are packaged and shipped with great care.
I am able to ship locally, nationally and internationally.  Please contact me for a quote to ship original artworks.
Postage costs include: Express Post delivery, Tracking and insurance, Signature on delivery.
Please note that it is important that you are able to sign for receipt of your order.
Fine Art Reproductions are shipped rolled in acid free cellophane and are placed in a protective tube for shipping via Australia Post. The print will arrive ready to be mounted and framed in a frame of your choice.
International orders will also be shipped rolled in a tube via Australia Post International Mail.
Original Artworks in oil are painted on stretched canvas and are ready to hang. Paintings can be shipped worldwide, please contact me for a quote on National and International Shipping.
Charcoal and Watercolour Artworks are packed flat and are ready for framing on delivery.

Shipping Processing Time
All orders are shipped from Australia.
I strive to ship orders for Original Artworks within 2 – 3 business days. However, for larger artworks the time required to prepare an order for shipping may vary
Fine Art Reproductions are printed to order by Art House Reproductions in Brisbane, Australia.   Please allow approximately 1 week for orders to be printed and packed ready for shipment.  During peak printing times, such as Christmas this may vary and it may take longer to prepare your order..
On despatch of your order you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to monitor the delivery time of your new artwork.

Customs and Import Fees
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply for inbound artwork shipments. Please note that I am unable to accept responsibility for any delays in customs clearing.

I, Cheryl Hart, respects your right to privacy and this policy sets out how your personal information is collected and treated.  ‘Personal information’ is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you.
If you have any concerns about our privacy practices, please contact me with details of your concerns.
What will you use my personal information for?
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information

Will my information be shared with any third parties, what is your privacy policy?
Any information collected by Cheryl Hart about you through this web site or in any communication with us is used exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, improving your shopping experience and to communicate with you regarding our products and services and special promotions. We will only collect personal information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes. We will store any information that you provide securely and will not sell or release it to any other 3rd party.
Cheryl Hart will not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure of information, harm, damage or loss that may result from your transmission of or any information you may send to us in any connection with this or other related web sites.
What about links to third party sites?
As our website has links to other websites, social media platforms that are not owned or controlled by us. We are unable to bear responsibility for these sites and their privacy policies.
What are the terms of Copyright?

The copyright of all artworks listed on this site always remain with Cheryl Hart. No images can be used for any purpose without express permission from Cheryl Hart.
If you need artwork for commercialisation purposes, for example, to use on your website, please feel free to contact me as I have special images that can be licensed or bought for that purpose.

Cheryl Hart and the logo appearing on this site are trade marks belonging to the artist, Cheryl Hart.
Legally Binding
These terms govern access to and use of this site, services and purchase of artworks from the site, and constitute a binding legal agreement between us. By purchasing from us you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms.  This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
