Returns and Exchanges

Refunds are not available on the purchase of Original Artworks and Fine Art Reproductions unless artwork is damaged. So please choose carefully as I’m unable to exchange for change of mind.

Damaged Products

All items are thoroughly checked for damage prior to shipping. 

In the unlikely event that the product(s) is damaged or is damaged in transit, I will gladly ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES on damaged art reproductions/products. I will replace the product(s) or provide a full refund including any shipping costs upon return of the damaged product(s).

If you receive a damaged reproduction, please contact me within: 7 days of delivery and please ensure that your RETURN ITEMS are shipped back to me within: 21 days of delivery.

To ensure I can honour this policy is it important that the item is returned in its original condition as received by the buyer.

Buyers are responsible for contacting us within 7 days of delivery and are responsible for return shipping costs which will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the returned products.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
